I have never been more impressed by a company. The recent ice storm that left us without power for 2 full weeks. I... called many electricians and they all said the same thing, that I was weeks out on their lists. Many if not all of those companies seemed rather uninterested or and had no sense of urgency. Finally, I found out about Barnett Electrical. Thankfully I did. Jordan answered eager to help and try to get me fixed up right away. She warned me I was on a list and wasn’t sure when I would be seen but assured me that they cared and wanted to get us fixed right as soon as possible. Literally within 1.5 hours I see a box truck pull up with 2 awesome dudes names Dustin and Ryan! These guys got me quoted an amazing price and fixed up in record timing. Now I am able to contact OG&E to get power back on. I really can’t believe how well this company works together to serve their customers Absolute-Premium-Top Tier- customer Service. We had a very long list of needs and wants. Sean our technician was very methodical in working through our electrical... needs and then our wants. Sean was here when he said he would be, was professional and mindful of our children. The areas were cleaned up once the work was done and attic access doors locked. He gave us good suggestions and explained everything he was doing. Each day the apprentice with him was respectful. We will be using Barnett for our additional home projects such as installing wafer lights.read more

Derek and Grant came out and did an estimate and Derek came back the next week and did the install. It was quick, easy for me and the work performed was top notch. We had them do an electric home inspection which the buyers of our house requested. They were very detailed and efficient. I called after hours and spoke to an operator who could get me on schedule the... following day, team who came out quickly assessed the problem, provided a quote and had us scheduled working 48 hours. Andrew was very professional. He had to troubleshoot the problem in order to repair it and did so in a very timely way.... He explained what was needed and why and proceeded to take care of it This was probably the best experience I’ve had in a situation like this. Most times you just dread it. I called Barnett to come out and take a look at our breaker box and some outdoor fixtures on a Friday before a holiday... weekend and they had somebody out promptly the next business day. They were very friendly on the phone and Sergio and Dustin were professional, friendly, and informative in person. I called them and had them come to Norman to restore power to an outlet. The guy got there the next day. Bill was... awesome. He came in, explained the pricing and got to work. Had it fixed in 45 minutes. Was super polite and explained everything in detail.Only problem I had with this company was that I asked for an estimate when I called after explaining my problem in detail. The person who scheduled me said the person who was sent out would assess pricing after coming out for 70$. When Bill got here, he had labeled pricing depending on the problem, which tells me the person answering calls could have given me a fairly accurate estimate. This is the only problem. Otherwise, everything was great and I am very happy with the work done.read more

(Update) Recently moved to a new neighborhood and started having frequent power surges/flickers from the power company.... We started to worry about anything we could not put a surge protector on and called Barnett Electric to see what services they may offer. We are now the proud owner of a whole home surge protector. The added assurance that our expensive electronic items like AC, washer/dryer, and others are protected are well worth it. Once again they came out quickly and did great work. I called Barnett Electrical approx a month ago to repair power loss to 2 rooms of my moms house. They went above and... beyond the norm and resolved the issue. Yesterday, 8/04/2020, my mom called me, after 5pm, and informed me that she had the same issue again in the same location. I contacted them and they fit her in their schedule early the next afternoon. They came out and had the issue fixed in a very short time. They stood by their work and didn't charge her for this repair. She said they were very nice and told her not to hesitate to call if it happened again. Unfortunately she didn't remember the techs names. I have never encountered such an awesome group of people. I would give them 10 stars if it were possible.....on second thought I DO give them 10 stars!! I highly recommend these guys!!!read more

I called Barnett Electrical Services to get an estimate for a 100 amp sub panel installation. The price was competitive... and every time I called the office to set something up, they were able to be clear and concise about the services and scheduling. The schedule to work was quick. I didn't have to wait several weeks for them to "get around" to me.Sergio and Dustin came out to do the install and were professional, knowledgable and willing to answer all questions I had about the equipment and process of installation. The wiring and panel installation was clean and organized. These two knew what they were doing and were done quickly.If I ever need any more electrical work done, I'll be sure to give them a call.read more

We were very happy from beginning to end with the professional and timely job done by Cade and Rob. They were helpful... and fun, always on time and super flexible.
